DOWN new album – EXODUS in studio – Suicide Silence new album – Steven Wilson new album – Comeback Kid tour – Crown Magnetar new EP – Trent Reznor wins award and more!
With vocalist Hernan “Eddie” Hermida now spending some time with the comeback of All Shall Perish ..not much has been mentioned about Suicide Silence … That will soon change however, as the band are booked for this year’s ‘Milwaukee Metal Fest‘ in May and have also started work on their follow-up to 2023’s “Remember… You Must Die“.

Nine Inch Nails‘ Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross won anothewr award on January 5th. it was for their collaborative score working with director Luca Guadagnino, for the show ‘Challengers‘ it won the ‘Best Score – Motion Picture’ award at the 82nd annual Golden Globes, beating out … ‘Dune: Part Two‘, ‘The Brutalist‘, ‘Conclave‘, ‘Emilia Pérez‘ and ‘The Wild Robot‘.
the pair have been scoring film and television together for about 15 years now …… and won over 33 awards …

Comeback Kid have a hometown “Wake The Dead” 20th anniversary show and have now announced a North American tour celebrating their 2005 album. Fans planning to attend can expect the group to perform that record in its entirety each night.

EXODUS are preparing to enter the studio to begin recording the follow-up to their 2021 album “Persona Non Grata”.
EXODUS shared a photo of guitarist Gary Holt and drummer Tom Hunting in the studio and included the following message: “Jam camp has BEGUN!! Tom and Gary are busy crushing riffs to prepare for the next record! Shit is off the charts sick!”
Hunting said .. “The music is gonna come together really fast and it’s really awesome. We worked last March, April and a little bit in May and got the nucleus for a bunch of songs, basically flip flopped some of the beats on some songs. That happens sometimes. And so I have a lot of material to work with
