August Burns Red hit the studio for new 10th album + Christmas Burns Red shows!
August Burns Red have announced that work has started on their new and 10th album, with the band currently in the studio tracking …. the band plan to release that new album in 2026 with further details to come. .. Jake Luhrs said the material is “real aggressive and heavy,” with “a lot of cool, different dynamics” and more digestible as a listening experience.
Ahead of all that will be their annual ‘Christmas Burns Red‘ holiday shows, which will take place December 12th and 13th at Freedom Hall in Lancaster, PA. Currents, Animals As Leaders, Boundaries and more will also be performing … .. which will feature album-specific sets from August Burns Red.
Their latest studio album Death Below came out on March 24, 2025 via SharpTone Records.
Extensive touring will probably continue in 2026 especially the international festival circuits … hopefully a new tour in support of the next album will follow!
