MEGADETH frontman Dave Mustaine stated: “So, we have a new record coming out. And we have a new single that’s out right now. And we’re gonna play that song the first time ever right now.”

“Tipping Point” is the first single from MEGADETH’s new upcoming self-titled album, due out on January 23, 2026. The follow-up to 2022’s “The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead!” and will be released through Frontiers Label Group’s new BLKIIBLK label.

Mustaine said about the song “We all have different ‘tipping points’ and they may vary from day to day,” “I think we’re all being pushed to the edge right now, and it’s easy to lean into that feeling. But it’s important not to let things get you down.”
