Chimaira new album “Creepers Vol 1“ compilation + At the movies

Mark Hunter, vocalist of … Chimaira, has announced the bands plans to open the vaults on their easrly years with an upcoming compilation titled “Creepers Vol 1“. That collection will have b-sides and rarities from the 2011 to 2014 era that originally closed out the Chimaira‘s career.

Speaking of this collection, which will be out digitally on Halloween (October 31st), Hunter stated:

“We’ve been working to bring you streaming versions of some of our rarest B-sides.

Back in the day the A-side was the hit single and the B-side was the “extra content” – experimental songs, non-album tracks, or covers. Usually, they sucked. Sometimes you’d get a “Breadfan” or “God Save the Queen”, but let’s not kid ourselves – you’re not getting that here. These are the songs that didn’t make our albums for a reason.

But if surviving the cutting room floor is a badge of honor, these tracks wear it proudly. Some fans love them. Others think we were right to bury them. Most didn’t know they existed.

Vol 1 focuses on 2011-2014 – the Age of Hell through Crown of Phantoms era.
