Ingested have added some West Coast U.S. headlining shows to their summer touring plans. The band will be heading out on that leg around their already announced North American tour with Ang.. lMaker and Disfiguring The Goddess. As-yet unannounced openers will be joining them at the stops. Ingested recently had another change in their roster, with bassist Thomas O’Malley leving the band .. last week.

due to tons of bootleg merch, … Limp Bizkit have now launched an official online merch store: morningboyufo.com. https://morningboyufo.com/ The band’s frontman Fred Durst looks to be spearheading this launch .. which currently features three designs. ..they also posted on social media post announcing the store’s launch and state that all offerings will be limited edition and that random spontaneous drops will happen. Kingdom Of Giants have released a music video for their new song “Respawn“. This song is the band’s first to be released since welcoming JT Gutierrez on bass/vocals. He replaced Jonny Reeves, who left the band to join The Amity Affliction.

The first wave of artists are now announced for the 2027 ‘Maryland Deathfest‘. the fest is held in Baltimore, MD, the 2027 edition will take place May 27th-30th with progressive black metal band Enslaved performing their debut album, “Vikingligr Veldi” in full. Swedish doom metallers Candlemasswill be there and Canadian sci-fi band Voivod have also got a top spot .. , with Voivod planning an old school set consisting of deep cuts.

In a new interview with Robert Cavuoto of Metal Rules, VOIVOD’s drummer and founding member Michel “Away” Langevin had a chat about how the band’s “Symphonique” live album, a special collaboration with the Quebec Symphony Orchestra (Orchestre Symphonique De Québec),inspired the songwriting process for new material for their new upcoming album ..

He said (as transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET): ”I think that the symphonic concerts really influenced us in the writing and recording of the future studio album. In between tours, we are doing — we write a new album, and we are recording the album three songs at a time. And I think it’s gonna sound a bit like a movie soundtrack. It’s a concept album with the [VOIVOD mascot cyborg] Korgull coming back and everything. So, it’s kind of interesting what’s going on right now.
“We’re trying to be more and more experimental. And the last couple of albums were pretty intricate, and we won awards for them, so it’s giving us confidence.
