Infectious Grooves have been recently jamming and rehearsing with ex-Slipknot drummer Jay Weinberg and now it looks like some new music is being recorded …. The band now has Weinberg drumming for some live shows this spring as drummer Brooks Wackerman is busy with Avenged Sevenfold.
so they have Weinman, and former Infectious Grooves guitarist Dave Kushner (ex-Velvet Revolver) has also returned for the live shows and recording … Adam Siegel, is back for this latest studio session too.

Tommy Meehan (Squid Ps..er/Ca..er Chr st) is set to join GWAR, replacing Brent “Pustulus Maximus” Purgason. Meehan had previously toured with the band … and is now expected to join them onstage as a touring musician under the name Grodius Maximus.
Speaking with Guitar World about how he joined he stated:
“I go way back with GWAR; I was friends with Dave Brockie [founder and rhythm guitarist who passed in 2014]. We had Dave in an animated cartoon associated with an old project of mine, and I stayed in touch with all the GWAR guys over the years.
