Soprano Aida Garifullina dazzles in this rendition of ‘O mio babbino caro’, with a filmic nod to the 1985 romance, ‘A Room with a View’. Accompanied by the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra under Anthony Gabriele, the aria – taken from Giacomo Puccini’s ‘Gianni Schicchi’ – featured as part of Classic FM Live at the Movies with Viking, and was filmed at the Royal Albert Hall for Sky Arts.
