work on the new and 7th Mayhem album continues… as guitarist Teloch posted an update … . posting on his social media recently, he said:
“My excuse for not being active on here for the last months : Working on the new Mayhem. I need to focus. My brain is fried. Guitars, bass, drum beats, vocal guides, effects, synths yadayada. #deadlines”
the Norwegian black metal band have been working up new songs recently …. in November of 2024 the band’s bassist Jørn “Necrobutcher” Stubberud reveal that the band already had about 20 song ideas in the works for their follow up to 2019’s “Daemon“.

Sid proposed to Kelly who is 40 … backstage at Ozzy’s final concert with BLACK SABBATH at Villa Park in Birmingham, United Kingdom on Saturday, July 5.
Kelly and Sid had their first child, a boy named Sidney, in 2022.

ATREYU will release a new version of the band’s 2004 sophomore album “The Curse” in august .. . The album was entirely re-recorded with MEMPHIS MAY FIRE’s Kellen McGregor doing the production and it does not feature former ATREYU singer Alex Varkatzas, who left the band in September 2020.
ATREYU stated about a new studio album ” we’re already about 10 songs deep. We will finishing writing and recording it. You should start hearing new music from that maybe early 2026. “
