get set for a new song from the band FLAT BLACK, the band formed by ex-FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH guitarist Jason Hook, … they will release a new song titled, “Nothing To Some” out on Friday, March 22. … the song has a guest appearance by SLIPKNOT vocalist Corey Taylor, and is off FLAT BLACK’s upcoming debut album, out in 2024 through Fearless Records.
Hook has previously stated about the collaboration with Taylor: “I developed a friendship with Corey Taylor back in 2020. He and I wrote five songs together. When it came time to put the FLAT BLACK record together, I asked Corey, ‘Would you be okay if I used one of the songs?’ So, Corey is on the record. He’s the only guest on the record.”
