Metallica have now announced their annual ‘Helping Hands‘ concert & auction … it will be held at the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles, CA on December 13th. … they are raising funds for their charitable organization, All Within My Hands, with the special performance and guests …. Late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel will be host, and additional special guests will be announced in the weeks and months to come.
