Rex Brown the bassist for Pantera had to miss the bands last show … it was at the Estadio Monumental in Santiago, Chile December 11th … for a performance at Slipknotâs âKnotfest Chileâ .. Brown was not a part of the show.
A statement released from organizers was ..:
âRegarding the absence of Rex Brown.
The guitarist of the band Pantera Rex Brown, could not appear in the first version of Knotfest due to health problems.
We regret this situation. However, the show was carried out with total normality.
We hope that you resume your activities in our country and can continue with the bandâs presentations.â
A radio station reported and unconfirmed that Brown didnât play due to COVID-19. The band has not commented
in Brownâs absence .. Pantera had former Cattle Decapitation bassist Derek Engemann fill-in during the set. ered catalog.
